No. Reinavet works by confirmed appointments. Breathing difficulty, seizures, collapse or serious deterioration require an emergency veterinary centre rather than waiting for a WhatsApp response.
Can every procedure take place at home?
No. The consultation determines what is suitable at home. Dental scaling takes place at the premises after assessment; other procedures may require an equipped centre.
What should I send when requesting a visit?
Tell us your sector, the species and age of your pet and your concern. Share existing records through the agreed channel, then confirm the appointment and fee.
If your pet needs urgent care
Reinavet works by appointment. For urgent care, look for a veterinary centre able to receive your pet.
Call before travelling to confirm they can receive your pet. Bring available records without delaying urgent travel to collect documents.
